TIME OF WORK PROCESS
Once received the order we will do our best to send it in the shorter possible time, usually within 7 labor days.
However, in some period of extra work, delivery can take some extra days.
We will always inform about delivery time or delays.
In case of purchase for gifts or deadlines, please inform us, and we will give it priority, when possible.
CANCELLATIONS
Order cancxellation is always accepted, except for customized products.
If the order has already been shipped, it will need to wait the end of the process of return.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

All the products will come with Happiness Guarantee.
Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products by informing at elgalgocotilla@gmail.com that will provide the address to return them.
Products have to be retourned in the same conditions as received, in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
Refund will be done at the reception of the products, according to the information given by the customer.
However, customized item cannot be refund if the matter has been caused from incorrect data or measurements from the customer.

- they must to be used in the right way to be safe and antiescape.
- be careful, don't let the dog wearing it at home without supervision (martingale is a semi-choke collar).
